Strict No-Return, No-Refund Policy
Due to the unique nature of our products (transdermal health patches) and extremely limited inventory that often sells out instantly, all sales are final. Once an order is placed and paid for, it cannot be cancelled, changed, returned, or refunded under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong product or quantity

  • Delays in shipping

  • Not liking the product after trying it

  • Allergic reactions or skin sensitivity

We are a small operation that intentionally runs short production batches. Every unit sold is one we no longer have in stock, making returns or refunds impossible. This strict policy allows us to keep prices low and continue offering high-quality, limited-edition patches to all our customers.

Before Placing an Order – Recommendations:
To ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase:

Exceptions – Replacement Only:
While we cannot offer refunds, we will consider a replacement (not a refund) only in very specific situations:

  • You received the completely wrong item

  • The product arrived damaged or defective

All replacement claims must include clear photos and be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period cannot be accepted.
